Christ, if anyone actually played the game who is complaining here (ehem, prudes) she makes it very clear she is fully functional... She also makes it clear she can make her entire body soft and even separate every strand of hair on her head instead of the solid one piece head of hair she runs the whole game with IF she chooses. What is this a bunch of tweens who've never seen a nipple in real life?
