how does miranda fare any better?

-Completely sexualized with a huge ass, unnecessary catsuit, and high heels. All from ME2 and on.
-even less content then ashley in ME3
-Never even rejoins the normandy
-completely rehashed story line from ME2 in ME3.

Also, ashley is an alcoholic because of one scene? What does this make Tali?

1.  Miranda started out with those characteristics, they were not added retroactively for the sole purpose of sex appeal
2.  She's not a squadmate and gets almost as much
3.  irrelevent
4.  also irrelevent
5.  I count two, one on the Normandy and again on Citadel

pls explain how 3 and 4 are irrelevant. And no she doesnt get as much content as ashley. Sorry, try again

3.  Squadmate status is irrelevent to a character's merits
4.  Its rehashed ground yes, but its still better than "I see you killing Cerberus left and right, you traitor"

once again
http://img.gawkerass...pg/original.jpg

So yes she had less content

well miranda usually dies during the SM, so yeah miranda definetely has less content than any other character in ME3

also, ashleys change in look doesnt count then since she doesnt make it to ME3, by your logic

For some strange reason, I feel like an Alliance grunt's knowledge of the inner workings of Cerberus is somewhat lacking.

An Alliance grunt who has participated in numerous operations against Cerberus?

If you are referencing the possibility of her tagging along in ME1, that isn't valid.  She could be dead, not present, etc..

If she was dead, she wouldn't be on Horizon, or Mars toraise her suspicions.

And in any case, it's every bit as valid as Tali mentioning the stuff they saw on those raids as reason to distrust Cerberus.

Tali could also have been briefed after Cerberus tangled with the Migrant Fleet.  She is going out to remote human space after all.

I'm more intrigued by Cerberus because of those methods. They're an unknown. That alone is reason enough to be cautious, but I'm not going to dismiss them just because they do some extreme methods.

And really, my Shepard only hunted down Cerberus in ME1 due to them trying to kill him and possibly unleashing the Rachni again. He really paid them no mind.

I think they're too limited by morality and ethics personally.

I don't get it though.  She would fit right in.  She's much more cautios of aliens than actual Cerberus operatives like Miranda, jacob, Brynn, Gavin Archer etc..

Did you just compare Ashley after character grow to Ashley before? There is no sense to be found here.

She's a bit too speciesist there. That said, what special or unique skills does Ashley have that would be of value beyond a low level recruit?

Same here. Same with my Shepard.

Anything is acceptable if it's possible under the right circumstances. It's about efficiency and practicalism.

That alone is not impossible. What is impossible is the jump in 4-5 ranks that she took.

Pesky morals, getting in the way of people doing terrible things. We should just do away with them altogether if you ask me, and law and empathy too while we're at it.

Wrex is ok. He was good in the first game.

Javik is awesome.

so you don't mind Wrex and Javik's (dont call me a hater either, i love both of these characters) racist comments on salarians? or grunts comments towards turians?

but you do mind ashley's cautiousness towards aliens do to lack of experience and family history?

Don't strawman it.
