I think they're too limited by morality and ethics personally.

Pesky morals, getting in the way of people doing terrible things. We should just do away with them altogether if you ask me, and law and empathy too while we're at it.

You guys are taking way too long to get here. This argument has been going for almost five hours now.

Tali could also have been briefed after Cerberus tangled with the Migrant Fleet.  She is going out to remote human space after all.

And there were rumors among the Alliance that Cerberus was behind the colony disapperances.

Pretty sure the game simply assumes that your squadmates were present for all the missions in ME1.  Garrus talks about being present fighitng the rachni on Feros whether I took him with me or not for example.

no man, only ashley is bad for not trusting cerberus. Cerberus is good

I don't get it though.  She would fit right in.  She's much more cautios of aliens than actual Cerberus operatives like Miranda, jacob, Brynn, Gavin Archer etc..

May i ask you something? are you a fan of wrex, or javik?

Yes, and Garrus, and Thane, and Mordin, and Grunt

so you don't mind Wrex and Javik's (dont call me a hater either, i love both of these characters) racist comments on salarians? or grunts comments towards turians?

but you do mind ashley's cautiousness towards aliens do to lack of experience and family history?

I never said I minded her comments.  I'm curious as to why she thinks that way but disapproves of both Cerberus and Terra Firma who both believe similarly.  But bends over backwards for the Alliance..

Of course this is ignoring that Cerberus is significantly friendlier to aliens than the Alliance.

Rumors about possible involvement are one thing, being aware of their MO is another.

Don't strawman it.

You sound like a Talimancer.

I'm just going to sling pointless insults at this point. That's what this has become, really.

Don't strawman it.

I'd have to take it seriously to really strawman it.

She is also of a naturally suspicious temperment.

I believe Ashley explains why she doesn't like Terra Firma in ME1, something about them being morally and intellectually bankrupt jackals.

Are we taking things seriously now? I would be scared if we took anything seriously here.

Amorality is the way to go, sure, if you're an aspiring murderer, or just general do-er of harm or wrong against your fellow man.

She is aware of their callousness towards assets, but  doubt she could make the jump to "they are totally fine with having dozens of their own soldiers wiped out"

The husk people? Are we supposed to care about the husk people now? The refugees that they tricked into serving the Reapers? Certainly that sounds insane to you now.

Ashley knows that they are husk-like. Ten minutes into the mission and you know that.

She questions's Shep's loyalty before that, after watching him kill Cerberus soldiers.

If I see someone rolling with terrorist, and then see them six months later, and I don't question their loyalty, I want you to slap the **** out of me.
