This is the mail I sent to EA.Help about the problem I haveI have a chat with Game advisor too, but none can help me

This mail below is explain every thing step by step of what I do

I have the problem with Mass Effect 3 collector\\'s edition + DLC 
Let\\'s me explain exactly what I do and what is my problem 
How I get the game/code 
1. I let my friend preorder the Mass Effect 3 Collector\\'s edition for me ( from US) 
2. The game disc is not with me yet, but he gave me all the codes that need to use to install. 
3. I also bought some more of the Dlc code from Ebay, which is "Indra Sniper Rifle" and "N7 warfare gear" 

How I Install the game 
1. I redeem the "Indra Sniper Rifle" and "N7 warfare gear" code before I install the game. - I redeem the "Indra Sniper Rifle" with Origin - I redeem the N7 Warfare Gear with http://social.bioware.com/redeem 
2. After I redeem the 2DLC, I redeem the "Collector\\'s Edition content" 
3. I download and install the game and DLC with Origin 
4. When I enter the game this happen.. http://www.uppic.org...0_4F5CB2C3.jpg 
5. I click OK then it say... http://www.uppic.org...3_4F5CB2C3.jpg 

This is my problem 
1. MY DLC IS NOT WORKING 
2. I CAN\\'T PLAY MULTIPLAYER 
3. I CAN\\'T CONNECT TO EA/MASSEFFECT3 SERVER 

I do try trouble shooting as the EA staff told me (turn off fire wall Etc.), but it\\'s still the same 
I also try reinstall and update everything but it\\'s still the same 
** I still can play the game.... but with standard version 
Please Help me, I don\\'t know why I have to pay for extra content if I can\\'t play it.

I have this trouble when the servers get busy. Sometimes it can "authorize" my DLC and log me on to the servers, other times it cannot. I was under the impression that the DLC was a one-time activation only, yet this occurs once out of every maybe five or seven times I try to play my game. And of course if From Ashes isn't verified I can't play offline. Bogus.

If you managed to verify it at least once, then disabling your Internet or switching Origin into Offline mode (easier, but doesn't always help), then running the game directly (not from inside Origin) lets you play offline.
