OP- I agree with most of your claims, but I don't think I ever accepted "Despair" as inevitable. Loss, yes. There would be losses. But not defeat.
Indoctrination or no, the ending is a huge down-beat and is full of unrealized and unfulfilled promises. It's half the story. If you were fighting indoctrination, this should have happened midpoint in the story, and should have been resolved then. Placing it at the end is infuriating and leaves me with no interest in seeing what comes next.
Each conflict leading up to this offered me a chance to resolve things in a clearly positive way. This game doesn't offer any kind of resolution at all. I'm not satisfied.
I would also like to stress how frustrated I am about the multiplayer aspect being forced upon me. As a player, seeing a constant reminder of my failure to participate in something that is meant to be optional (and from what I can see, isn't really), is an insult.

A tremendous post that encapsulates the MAJOR problems that MOST of us have with this game. While there are undoubtedly nuances to each person's likes and dislikes about ME3 and its ending if the developers only read one post this would be the one to read.

The movent needs a home and saying as we were evicted I think we need to think about making our own website where they can't persecute us. Whenever they feel like shutting a thread down they can as it's their site.

While adopting a new 'home' for the movement, ie its own website, with the reasoning "We can say there whatever we want and the can do nothing to silence us" only strengthens their position. Keep civil, and they will have no excuse (I'd like to say 'reason' here, but I guess they'd have plenty) to lock the thread down.
Besides, which place is better to 'fight' them, other than their own forums?

I don't want use to have our own site so we can say and do what we like. I just think its a good idea.

The way Ray worded his statement, it sounds like they are simply going to explain the already existing (and plot-hole ridden and inconsistent) endings...how are they going to do that. I don't think most of us would even like the current endings regardless of 'explanation'. How does one explain plot holes? I think the general (not everyone, obviously) consensus has been for new endings (or indoctrination, which I think works too).
