By now, everyone on this forum has a position regarding the endings to Mass Effect 3, and thus the entire trilogy we have all come to know and love. Some are outraged, some are satisfied, but there is a vast population in between who are just disappointed.

I'm afraid I don't have time to read the whole thread, so I'm not sure if anyone has said this yet, but ... Another problem with the God/Ghost-Child's reasoning that "created will always turn on creators" is that in the only example we have of this in the series (geth vs quarians), we see that
the quarians were actually the ones who turned on their creations. And one of the final missions in ME3 takes great pains to reveal this to Shepard.
So nevermind that Shepard just made peace between the two, s/he also proved that the creator started it all. Another God/Ghost-Child fail.
