Update: The FTC is going against Sketchers for their ShapeUp shoes. (No surprises there, actually. Lol)

Though, if this goes on much longer, I wouldn't count out possible FTC involvement.

YAY! The updates are DONE! And pretty spiffy, if I do say so myself. There's a whole section for HTL initiatives and cool stuff going on over there. I do most of my lurking/posting there, now, so I will keep this updated with all the juicy bits!

Please let me know if there's anything else I can add. (Particularly current news, I don't keep up with the gaming outlets as much as some of you might.) I'm always looking to update the OP!

I did recording for HTL Podcast Episode 3 this evening, a whopping good three hours. I'll keep you guys updated as to when that will come out. Likely, it will be split into two parts and one part released tomorrow or early in the week, and the other released next weekend.
