I don´t give a damm about your flashback problem with Liara, she helped to save Sheppard´s ass so you can atleast give her a moment in last minute of game... You can denied that your Sheppard has not strong connection with her but from other side she has the connection - if you like it or not

That was.. oddly specific.

Unless Liara is forcing flashback images of herself onto Shepard, Shepard should be the one choosing who s/he thinks about in the end.

Yea but just saying that players which don´t like someone else not complaning about these characters in the ending - it´s just that there are most important things. For example I don´t like Williams, Joker (since that dumb joke) and yet am not complaining about their presence in flashback ,,,

You could have your LI or your whole team or neither of them - end of line

It's been said that Liara being in everyone's flashbacks is a bug - each one's LI was meant to be there, but it didn't make it into the final product, and it will most likely fixed for EC DLC.

Your ranting is pretty pointless - and childish.

Erm, I cant really remember Liara being in every flashback, and I also remember seeing my LI in each. But of all the things wrong about this game this is the one that bothered me the least (and I probably didn't even notice).

I personally chose a Tali romance, and was fed Liara in the flashback scene.
Which is odd, because I found her squishy tentacle-scalp and scaly skin texture largely unappealing.
I assumed that it was because I accepted her 'gift', and she melded her consciousness to mine, sort of. Maybe. But I doubt that's it, and that Bioware just has a Liara fetish.
Regardless, I find Tali's purple helmet super-tint to be much more attractive.

Obviously you missed my little disclaimer about how not every problem listed is one that I personally have, but have been collected by many fans into one, consolidated list. In my flashback cutscene, Kaidan was there, not Liara.

In any case, Liara should not supercede anyone's LI if they are not the VS. If they wanted Liara to be that important to Shepard, she would appear to all Shepards as Joker and Anderson do. Instead, she is in the flashback reserved for the LI, and if you had ME2 romance, you got her instead of your LI. Understandably, this has made many fans upset. ME2 LIs got the short stick treatment as it is, and the flashback issue is insult added to injury.

In other news, I am getting some editing done on the OP regarding opposing arguments and rebuttals. I'm considering just making it a google document and posting that to the OP, since it is already quite long. Sound good to everyone?

Thank you! I hope this has been read many times over by the devs themselves. It was meant for them just as much as it was meant for the fans (pro- and anti-end alike).

I need to start collecting things that I see around that allude to how bad the ME3 ending was. I'm seeing stuff everywhere, including in the comments section of this article.

Hey all! Been a busy week, but good news! The results from the MEU survey are up! This is a survey that has been ongoing for a while, with over 17,000 participants, over on MEU, a German fan site. Jessica Merizan herself was pushing for people to complete the survey, so BioWare will definitely be taking a look at it.

The survey asks about many things, and its findings about the endings are pretty much expected: many people were disappointed. Give it a look when you can!
