Anyone else still having problems with EA?

I was put on hold for ten minutes and the guy came back, said that that wasn't true, and that they would only start shipping today or tomorrow.
I guess call back if it doesn't ship by tomorrow?
Today is apparently a miss as it's showing up as in Process.
I'm going crazy!!!!

It's the 6th time I've called them and my account still isn't straight and it's apparently still not shipping.
Did you get it for pc or console?

So, I was told mine shipped on the 30th but UPS didn't even have the package in its system until today at 12:30pm. UPS gets informed of your package before they even get it hence why you'll see "billing information received" when you track items right after you are told it's been "shipped"
The free shipping turned out to be 2 day air which was sweet though so it'll be here tomorrow!!

Lol. I also told him they all seemed to be coming from Kentucky and he more or less that you guys were making all this up.

edit: BUT I have to EA credit for helping me out with a persona issue. One of the guys on the forum helped my move my gamertag over to another email address. My xbox gamertag was linked to another email addy and according to the EA faq they can't change it. But one of the moderator guys on the forum moved the gamertag to my email addy.

I think it's a hive mind. I've talked to a bunch of their reps and they all seem to have 6 possible responses to your questions and 5 of them are , "Please wait, it needs to process."

On which page do you see the in process/billing info received message? I can check my account and see if it says the same thing (even though my package has already been shipped). I'll check just to make sure the site isn't saying that for every order, even completed ones.

I actually have one there that says, "Unsubmitted." But they gave me the number that was supposed to be there to manually type in after clicking my spore order..lol

UGH they really have to fix their site. Half the time it says invalid password when I enter and my password is saved in Firefox! Also last time I checked I also had a 'unsubmitted' thing to for a DAO order I never even submitted a day before I put my real order through. I'll edit this post once I can log the hell after I deal with this invalid password issue. Theyre site effing sucks!
EDIT: The other day when I clicked on recent orders, 2 orders came up. One 'unsubmitted ' and my real order and i'd have to click on my order. Now when I click on order history it brings me directly to a page with my DA:O order details.
It says "Order Complete."

I had this same issue and it was resolved quickly and efficiently - I have to say I was impressed and surprised after reading some of the horror stories. Rarely do you get such a strange mix of excellent and terrible customer service.

They apologize a lot for their website, but they are EA Games. They should sort of be capable of having a website that works.

Somehow I made a new EA account with a seperate email address while playing an xbox 360 game. So I had a second EA account with nothing on it except my gamertag. While my original EA account had all my other personas. This wasn't a big deal until I realize that this would have screwed me up when Mass Effect 2 comes out. Because my gamertag would have been linked to an account was seperate from the one with all my DA:O unlocks I would not been able to get the Dragon Armor unless I made a whole new gamertag which I wasn't willing to do.
So yeah I was super happy he fixed it because like I said earlier according to the EA site FAQ linking a gamertag to an email addy is "permanent" and cannot be unlinked. I was pissed after reading that but after searching the forums I found a EA mod that would help. So thankfully the guy EA_Panoptico helped me out and moved my xbox gamertag to my real email address. So from my experiences, the order process and getting help with my gamertag issue was great, no complaints there. My only complaints are the back end stuff on the website and the multiple login screens. One of the login screens says my password is invalid while another works fine. They should only have 1 darn login page!!
If anyone has this gamertag issue where you want to move your gamertag to your main EA account let me know. I'll help you out with the details you need to private message this guy with on the EA forums.
