Your attitude does significant disservice to the memory of the great Heath Ledger.

Sir Ulrich Von Lichenstien wrote...

I really do wonder about this community sometimes.

How any of you sad little lowlifes can call yourselves adults astounds me.

Oh really? And just exactly what are we doing for you to call us that?
And let me praise you on your maturity, as you sit there and insult us in anger and hatred.

Anger and hatred, ha... rich coming from 'The Angry One' whose only goal in life from what it seems is to vent on these forums about how you hate bioware games. I can understand you not liking things, but the level you generally go to, I really do wonder why you are still here if you hate their games so much.

Has it ever occurred to you that there are people that do actually like playing Bioware games or is that too much for you to understand?

Also if you have to ask why I am calling you that, I think I just answered it for you. People love the game and people like you then come along and try to make a mockery of them thinking that they are going to be disappointed or start seeing the game the way you do.

Then of course when they refuse to do it, you all start calling them bio-drones or fanbois because you can't accept that not everyone has the same opinion as you do. Yes... that is just what an adult would do, isn't it... *shakes head in disbelief*

Where does it say Angry One doesn't like the game or Bioware games for that matter? His/her opinion has been on the endings just like most people here. None of us said we didn't like Mass Effect 3, the game is amazing right until the ending happens and there is where all the outcry is coming from.

Also, don't judge from someone's username. That's like judging a book by its cover.

As for expecting the kid on twitter to not like the game, look around. Sure there are some who do, but most don't. Its natural to expect that and we've seen it happen to many people. You have no idea how many times people have said "I didn't want to believe the angry fans but I agree the ending sucks" or something along those lines.

If he does like it no matter what, great. I doubt anyone was planning to attack his opinion, where as you just came in and insulted the people in this topic. You will never be considered mature or adult if you try to get your point across by name calling.

This, some poeple.

Ulrich has a point; this forum has been extremely petty and childish in the last few days; I support the ending criticsm but some of the comments here are inflammatory and ridiculous.

She's the new Kelly, except her romance involves a shower scene.

Wow reading his tweets he's REALLY excited and into the game. He's really digging the Datapad app. His disappointment will exponentially increase the more he is exposed to such things :(

yeah... he replied to me, and he said he'll enjoy it no matter what... many hugs will be given...

That is *exactly* what I said before I finished the game. So sad.

I second that.  I seriously would have taken anything and been ok with it.  Well, anything but invalidating every choice I had made on every character I've played through.  That kinda pissed me off, but anything else:lol:

Seriously, five different characters ready to load all the way through both games, and I don't want to play a minute of the last four.   #FML

So many of us.. so often the same feeling. But of course to Bioware and the shills that work for game industry we're just whiners wanting 'entitlement'.

This particular thread has been civil so far. Nobody is poking fun at the tweeter, can't call him a kid because with the 79 at the end of the handle he's probably older than I am by a few years, but this is pretty much the closest we can get to a realtime fan reaction video.

www.youtube.com/watch <- pointpoint the second, even.

It sounds like he has an idea what the ending is like. Who knows. Some people like the ending. Honestly... I would be ok with what actually happens in the ending, odd as they are, if they were explained better and executed better.

I also hate the Spacebaby on top of the citadel.

Mr. Lictenstein. perhaps you're labouring under the idea that the sympathy here is a form of mocking.

no. We were all where that kid was. We are all united in our shared ... distress.. .over an EPIC franchise utterly crushed by 15 minutes of bad writing. If the 'the kid' turns out not to care and is happy. More power to him and I think most of us will envy him.

If not. Well I hope he finds the hugs and toothbrushes awaiting him here. or any other place people who feel as we do (There are many) congregate.

So systemactic, detailed, systematic lists of problems with the ending, constructive offers of better endings, and copeous displays of support for fellow members of the community that share our grief is inflamatory and rediculous.

Good to know.

Why are we all calling this guy a kid? He has "1978" in his name; why would he do that if it was not his birth date?

He has no point, we have been civil here. In this topic, if anything, we're being sympathetic to someone who is as enthusiastic about the ending as we all were and will probably soon have their hopes crushed.
Moreover he marched in, insulted us all, used my name as proof of something (really, wtf?), lied and stormed off.

I do agree he voiced his opinion incorrectly and rudely, but the spirit of his point is what I (sort of) agree with.

He's a kid because you don't go through Mass Effect puberty until you beat the game. Then you skip right to being old and bitter.
