2 accounts one registration account ... DEEP TROUBLE

Really big problem... 
Does anyone gone through the same problem as me... I have 2 log-in accounts... ( Example : shepard123@yahoo.com and another one garrus456@yahoo.com
I recently pre-order Mass Effect 3 - Collector's Edition and was very excited.... but made a big mistake in the registration
The following happened :
Shepard123@yahoo.com ---- > ( registered Id )
--- Contains DLC - Ashes
--- Soundtrack of ME3
--- N7 Hood
Here is the problem : Accidentally used in the web client
Garrus456@yahoo.com ----- > ( cannot log-in , no ID )
----- > Argus Rifle
----- > One armor suit......( cannot remember the name )
Is there a way to resolve this??? Any Technical Support in here from BIOWARE
