Supposedly the CE comes with social badges and whatnot, but I cannot find them.

I registered my CE and even downloaded the Soundtrack, but I can't find any special profile pictures.

Got to Profile->Change Profile Photo in the left drop down menu. There are Collector's Edition photos there. If they don't show up there try unregistering and re-registering your copy of the game and see if it works.
