Yes, but for every person who hates the endings, there's probably somebody who liked them, or at least didn't mind. And even more who cleverly speculate that BioWare isn't quite finished yet.
We don't own this game, it's not our story. Asking for the game to be changed is one thing, demanding it is wrong. Hiding a petition behind a charitable organization to villainize BioWare is just immature. It's a betrayal to the developers some of you claim betrayed you.
Please don't change the endings just because people want/ask/demand you do it. Giving in is a slippery slope that ends God knows where. Why not rewrite Where The Red Fern Grows? Or every single novel Michael Moorcock wrote? People didn't like Michelangelo's original work on the Sistine Chapel, didn't like the nudity. So they painted clothes on everybody. And guess what, they ruined the whole thing.
If you think you "wasted" time playing 3 fantastic games that stand out in a sea of awful budget games, HD re-releases, and clones of previous successful games, I feel sorry for you. If you let 5-10 minutes of content ruin an entire experience that you probably enjoyed the majority of, maybe you should take a cue and find a new hobby.
Please Don't change the Endings ME3 endings are epic (Bioware respond to endings)

i accepted that shepard dies because no one lifes forever and shepard time was coming they was no another choice i dont hate ending for a reason halo 1 ending was sad too because master chief was escaped in space with cortana while many people where infected by a flood or killed by covenant or died in ring world explosion

Saren's quite an interesting character actually.. in the end he did what he did because he wanted to save organics.. (and also the whole killing humans thing)

OK I'll have a stab at this.
Not writing stuff isn't what's exciting about the story, there isn't a "little bit of mystery", it's just not there.
Also, several quotes from people saying OMG LOL ITZ EPIC! Is barely support. It's just crappy soundbites, no reason or justification as to why it's good.
There's reams and reams of material on why it's bad, have a read and see where people are coming from when they say it's bad. I'm not saying you must change your mind, but at least try not to come across as ill-informed at best.
