Both Shadow Broker & Genesis have corrupted installers. I downloaded them through both IE & FireFox, with Norton both on & off. I keep getting NSIS errors. My other DLC's have no problems and install smoothly. I have Windows 7 - 64bit. I also changed the download location from Down Loads to Desktop, no good. I tried forcing install through CMD but the install also said it was corrupted. Bioware please fix this! Thank you, JGP354

Same problem here with my Lair of the Shadow Broker .exe. Looks like EA/Bioware's servers are acting up or something and dropping packets. I've tried everything I can think of on my end. Wondering if anyone has a link to a mirror of the launcher on some file sharing site. If not, how soon can I expect this issue to be resolved? As much as I love Mass Effect, I'm not exactly enthusiastic about shelling out $10 for a DLC I can't install.

Last night Genesis would "finish downloading" but when I tried to do the .exe it would state that it was not all downloaded. So I re-downloaded and it worked the second time. Also I had Netflix running the first time, which sucks up bandwidth," if that was an issue.

1. No one from Bioware makes it part of their routine to visit here. Exactly as the forum is described, it is self-help, gamer to gamer, except most all left ten months ago, and never came back.
2. Some browsers are less accurate for handling a download, and all wireless routers are less accurate than hard-wired connections.
