I completed Project Overlord after destroying the Collector Base. For some reason it doesn't recognize that I did complete it. The character that I carried over has completed all missions & DLC available in ME2.

On one of my Sheps I accidentally imported a save from after I destroyed the Collector base, but BEFORE I did the DLC. Is it possible that happened to you? As a rule, I always import the save file that has the longest playtime on it.

I re-saved the game (also to make sure everything was completed) before I imported the save to ensure I didn't make that mistake.
