I cant say , really i like all , i made a Shepard for each romance option.
But i only play as Male Shepard so i dont know about the Female choices , i cant think of Garrus romancing my Shepard , hes the best friend a guy could ask , a real friend , the citadel roof scene is just amazing , i really like how they became like Brothers.

Obs: Sorry for my english

Depends on what kind of Shepard I'm playing as, not just gender but his/her morality as well. FemShep I prefer Garrus, Kaiden and Thane (Garrus-renegade, Kaiden-paragon, Thane-paragade/renegon). Garrus and renegade femshep has a lot in common imo, I think they complement each other really well (at least in ME2). Paragon femshep goes good with Kaidan because I see her as a really good person in an ridiculously stressful situation and Kaidan is a normal, grounded regular guy and I see that as something paragon femshep needs in a LI. I liked Thane with paragade/renegon femshep because I see both of them as being conflicted, coming to terms with the morality of the decisions they've made, plus I just really wanted to do a run-through with a relationship with Thane, I thought he was really cool, attractive and interesting. I'm disappointed though that you can't really continue the romance in ME3, and if you did have a romance with him it's impact on the events of ME3 are practically non-existant (so I've heard anyways, haven't done ME3 with that run-through, one ME3 run-through was enough for me, I think we all know why). For maleshep I liked paragon with Tali. For mixed morality or renegade maleshep I now like Liara best. Wasn't crazy about her in ME1, but after seeing her in ME2&3, I see she has become a really great character, like Shepard's confidant & friend. Never really gave my malesheps as much attention as my femsheps though, playing a character the same gender as me just helps me get into it more.

After a couple runs I felt quite sad about rejecting Miranda. Yeah, she looks perfect, talks perfect, acts perfect and just like Jack, she also feels depressed and void.

Damn, the tears from her were unexpected and it just felt wrong.

Jack isn't depressed... she has self worth issues and projects it outward. ;)
That's due to being abused though, my Shep helped her out! I expect Rocker babies anytime... oh what's that? They cut Jack romance out of the game? FML.

I'm an unashamed Talimancer. She's just so cute.
Otherwise, Liara is a fantastic LI.

For a Femshep, it's usually Garrus or nobody.

Still I've done a runthrough for every LI so far in ME1 and ME2. I'll at least get to the send off in London with the LI's in ME3. Promoting as many assets from MP as possible right now so I don't have to do any more frakking scan quests for future runs.

I really liked Liara during the first game so I stuck with her through to ME3 on my femshep, even though she kind of changed in character from ME2 onwards. A little disappointing but whatever.

I think my favorite LI in the game is probably Tali. I think she has a really great personality.

I also really liked Jack but that kind of went nowhere... so yeah... shame about that.

Garrus. He never stopped believing in you even when the rest of the galaxy is like 'lol cerberus' and 'oh god we're all going to die SAVE YOURSELVES' and he's always there for you.

And that dialogue with him on Earth made me cry.

Tali, until I witnessed the ending.. Now I prefer Liara simply cause she might live long enough for Shepard to be magically patched up and there's a one in a billion chance they might find each other some day.

Jack has a huge survivior´s guilt and it´s quite clear in her incapacity to trust anyone or form any healthy relationship. I guess you see that changed in the third part, luckily.

Miranda feels more emotionally damaged. But well, I guess she´s a kind of very well done Frankenstein monster.

Tali is the one that brought me to buy Mass Effect in the first place. From my very first playthrough, I imagined building a home on Rannoch with her as the perfect ending.

You can imagine how thrilled I was when Shepard and Miss Vas Normandy talked about this very possibility when on Rannoch.

I was really waiting for something like that, at the end. Meh. Too bad, I guess, eh?

Liara. I really enjoyed her character in ME1 and even though she changed some in ME2 on I could see that she was still the same character from ME1, especially when it came to protheans. The scenes between her and Shepard are rather sweet regardless of romance situation and it felt natural for my Shepard to connect to Liara, especially in regards to the headcanon I've created for my Shepard's past. All the little scenes in ME3 just cemented Liara as my favorite LI.

Take a guess..
<-----------------

I love Liara and have had her as a LI since ME1. I thought she was beautiful and exotic. She grew on me more in ME2 and I got the Shadow Broker DLC just because of her. In ME2 the part that really got me was when Shep talked her into going back with him and she said "OK OK" and then hugged him. Very touching. I stayed faithful to her and in ME3 I was turned off at how it seemed that they wanted you to be with ashly a person I never really cared all that much for. Yes she obviously is alive so I had to choose her but that is because well.. I am not gay. Still she was what ever in ME1 for me and in ME2 she was not there for Shep at all. So now in 3 shep acts as tho she means the world for him in the first few minutes. After that then you can pursue Liara freely.

In ME3 Liara is the perfict woman to me. Smart, kind, honest, trust worthy. Very capable and yet humble enough to not feel the need to override her BF's every wish. I really with she was real. (so to speak)

But if I was to be with another LI it would be Tali. I truly like her allot. And she was almost my choice in ME1. ME2 I almost ended up with Mir, but when I saw Liara's picture was no longer on my desk. I went and reloaded my game asap and then let Miranda down nicely and then the picture was back. Still Tali is sweet, kind, slightly insecure, smart and genuine. So I do not blame anyone for liking Tali and besides that meant Mor Blu Chickz for me!

My favorite was Tali. I can't explain it, I was drawn to her in Mass Effect 1...at which point I discovered she was not one of the L.Is in the game near the end. Guess they never expected people to like her?

This. I was very disappointed not to be able to romance her in ME 1... and truly happy when I found out that I now could in ME2!
