I'm curious how much people's opinion of the ending might have changed if based on your story and choices and relationships, you had an ending scroll of some kind, like a where are they now for each character or race or whatnot.

I know BW seemed to dig the whole ambiguous ending thing, but I think people would have freaked out a lot less if the ending was more like, say, Dragon Age: Origins, where you get a final series of screens letting you know what the final result  of the world you created was.

Anyone agree or disagree that it might have alleviated some of the venom, or at least distracted people enough?  Very curious to hear other's thoughts.  Personally I think BW didn't put it in there because they didn't want to detract from the story of Shepard, which was their focus, and it might have done so. But to many people it made it seem even more like in the last game the focus changed from "our Shepard" as in the first two, to "their Shepard" in the last one.
