At the end of the video you see the normandy crash but the crew doesn't come out. At the very very end of it, the door slightly opens and the screen goes to black.
This is basically the exact same thing with Shepard breathing in the "best" ending.
As you know, with higher score, you see the crew is actually alive, just as you see shepard is alive. I find it highly unlikely they would use the exact same camera/sound trickery unless there was a pattern to it.
TLDR: Hardly conclusive, but more ME content post crucible will probably be coming.
Also doesn't excuse bioware for the ending whatsoever, but there is still some hope.
