I want a weapon that can stay around 200% recharge or near it. I've been using the vindicator but while it's... useful, it's also kind of bland. Maybe because I used it in ME2. So how about some other weapons?
The particle rifle is surprisingly heavy, if I upgrade it to X in a NG+ does it weigh enough to keep my maximum power recharge time?
What is the best AR for a sentinel that relies primarily on powers?

You can get 175%~ish with the Saber V which really only adds like .25 to your cooldowns. The Phaeston (Turian version of the Rev) is 200% as well.

do you have 35 or 70 carrying capacity? with 70 you can carry one "heavy" weapon and still be at about 180% or 160% or so for the heaviest of them, I didn't find the +15% bonus damage to squad powers particularly useful since 95% of the damage was being done by my throw detonating liara singularity, this on insanity, imported character.
I rarely ever shoot at all. AR I used the mattock from time to time with 200% bonus, but mostly I was just detonating singularities
