on your 100 war assets import what percentage of the planets were scanned and at least probed once?
Here are the factors that I've gathered from many posts.
You must gain many assets but not over 999,999 in total.
You might need to gather them before 100% story completion.
You need to scan 100% of all clusters.
You need to probe all planets at least once.
There are people on gamefaqs.com's Mass Effect 3 board that have gotten 100 war assets but who have around 500,000 end game total of minerals.
If you look at the totals on the various posts about the topic on the BSN, those that have gotten 100 war assets did so by scanning and probing all planets and their totals never got over 999,999 in combination.
Well, it can't be related to the amount of resources. I've tried a ****load of resources (totals over 2M), very few resources (about 400K) and medium resources (1M).
I think we had earlier confirmation that the point at which you mine for the resources doesn't matter, but that was just one person.
And I don't know about scanning all clusters/probing all planets... But this is seriously getting tiresome. BioWare, get us an answer already!
EDIT:

Well after completely depleting the
galaxy and ending up with over 3 million combines resources, I still
have only 25 mineral war assets. Obviously the trigger for 100 is
glitchy so I'm probably just going to edit the value to 100 in Gibbed's
Mass Effect 3 save editor.
I know 75 points big whoop right, but I've met the criteria for it so dammit I'm gonna have my 75 points! rarrrrrr!
Annoying
thing is another save that I transferred had 100 for mineral resources,
but that save I had to scrap and start over as I realised I'd forgotten
a couple of things while playing Mass Effect 2...had far less resources
in that save though, didn't deplete many planets, mined every one but
only one or two probes each.
I guess this confirms then that it isn't related to the amount of planets scanned... This leaves us with the small possibility that it only counts resources gathered pre-Suicide Mission (how can the game check that though, as editing the resources in Gibbed did change the mineral resources WA amount for one person), or that it depends on a mix of variables (i.e. Eezo / Rest of Elements ratio plus Planets Found / Planets Depleted ratio, etc).
Or, the most likely possibility ATM, that it's bugged.
