I have tried everything that EA suggested but nothing works.  My game will not patch.  I says try again later with error: 1,  I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling but it fails everytime.  As I stated in a prior post, even though my game installed in discs and all the dlc installed, it is showing 13.8 gb to update.  Please, please someone help.  I have been trying to update for days.  This just sucks.  Is there anyway to download a patch manually and not through Origin as it fails.  Thank you.

Is the game patched auto when u start the game ?

It does the same thing when I start the game, says try again later. Error: 1 I just can't get it to patch. It is still version 1..00
