My game crashes, during mission on Eden Prime, stright after Shepard wached a Protheans video. He finish a conversation and then game freezes. I can't progerss obviously. Any help and suggestion, please??

Ye, mine too, at exactly the same place... it suuucks!

Chiming in too. Mine crashes the exact same place in New Game+.
Latest Origin Patch, Latest Game Update.

Not sure what's happening, but it's a game breaker since i can't leave Eden Prime.
