 Ok, so I just started up my game, and for some reason, it only gave me the option to start a new game, not resume or load. So I went to the dashboard, looked at the memory, and I see that my two save files are corrupted. It shows a yellow exclamation mark instead of the usual picture. Now, I've been transferring my profile around a lot recently since I've been using it on multiple 360's, so would this have anything to do with it? And is there a way to save my save files? (lost my finished playthrough and my partially completed second playthrough...) 

To clarify, I have my save files on my USB, as well as my profile. My DLC is on my hard drive, though. My profile was originally on my hard drive when I started playing, but my save files have always remained on my USB drive. I recently downloaded my profile on a few other 360's, and this is when the problem occured.

You could attempt to extract the individual save files using Modio. If they are salvageable, you could re-inject them into newly created save data.
