I don't know why but this picture make me at peace with the ending.

Just picturing my Shepard picking up seashells at a beach while Mordin is setting up a lab under a palm tree nearby with Legion helping him out and Thane simply meditate somewhere near them.

Do names really have to be in title? Could title be like "In honor of sacrifice of goddamm heroes" or something like that (I'm terrible at making titles ) and have all characters in first post.

This is what mass effect wiki says about Padok Wiks (and yes, I just copy pasted it, but we don't know too much about Padok otherwise):

Padok is a scientist for the STG, researching a cure for the Genophage. However, his previous career had him
involved with uplifting lesser species. This is something Padok Wiks deeply regrets, as during the course of his career, he became fascinated with the role that evolution plays in the course of the galaxy. He gradually came to the conclusion that every species is valuable and has something to contribute to the evolutionary destiny of the galaxy, he now believes his fellow salarians were arrogant in believing they had the right to interfere with the destinies of either the krogan or any other lesser species, even if that interference took the form of "uplifting.".

Shepard can choose to question Padok Wiks about Mordin; Padok will explain that he actually used to work with Mordin
once, though Padok Wiks believed that there was more to evolution than just random mutation. Mordin disagreed. This caused a drunken argument in which Padok punched Mordin in the face. Mordin got a black eye, and Padok broke
fingers, so they decided to call it even and go back to drinking.

If the Commander decides to keep their word and help cure the Genophage, then Wiks will give his life to spread
the cure. If the Commander takes Dalatrass Linron up on her offer then Shepard will be forced to shoot Padok. The Commander will not be able to talk down Padok unless Eve is dead and Wreav is Urdnot clan leader.

I think it's part of the reason why people are so pissed with the ending as it stands. They make such an epic story for 95% of the game then turn around and slap all these wonderful characters we've formed a connection with in the face with such backward arse logic that the Starchild spouts off with. It's like al their heartwrenching sacrifices meant absolutely nothing in the end. If they do makes us pay for new ending the only way I would be ok with that is if ALL the profits from it went to a charity of some description.

On an entirely random note... I would like more sig space for banners please BW. So many good ones for our goddamn heroes, so little space >_>

Quick question, any reason why you didn't add Zaal Koris? I know he may not be as cool as (to some people not me) as these characters,and he can ya know get SPOILIER KIA, in ME3.

Also any reason Bailey is not present here?

I liked both those dudes, and to me I think they should both be here.

I guess it would be safe to say when the Reapers decide to go on a road trip with the Citadel anyone on board it at the time probably met their untimely demise.

Bailey is pretty cool though, always liked him.

The sheer magnitude of the story derailment and apparent writer apathy is how so many people can be sour.  Ten minutes literally embittered so many off of the entire series.

Whoa, son... Slow down and enjoy the game.  It's not a race.  You don't do speedruns until you have the entire game memorized.

Anyhoo... a new Grunt banner like the ones in Post #2 of this thread needs to be added:  "Hehhh hehhh hehh.... Hehhh hehhh hehhh..."

(IOW: Grunt's "giddy anticipation of violence" low slow laugh  )
