 Thought maybe we should see if certain characters not appearing on the memorial wall after dying, whether on screen or off, were glitches or not.

The one I've had in my playthrough (off screen) is Kelly Chambers (after the events of the beginning of Act 2.) In the area of the refugee camp where she was working it's mentioned she was killed by Cerberus and later in the act the two former Cerberus engineers mention her in a conversation you overhear.

I know she was never Alliance, but Thane, Wrex, and Mordin weren't Alliance either and they're on the wall. Just wanted to see if this was a glitch or intentional. Thanks in advance.
