I went into the Citadel, came out of the docks, walked forward a bit to where the crossroads were to head to the elevator, and the keeper was infront of me, and as i approach, my game freezes for just a split second, and i'm standing behind the barrier along the wall where you see the normandy docked, and i get pushed off into an endless free fall...
which did I mention... AUTO SAVED RIGHT AWAY AND MADE ME LOSE OVER 10 HOURS OF GAMEPLAY?
First and foremost, this is just one of the NUMEROUS problems that I've encountered already,
1, going through your damn customer service chat box AND calling lead me to STILL having the "standard edition" even though I paid for the collectors edition, and yet STILL can't download the soundtrack,
2, YOU FAIL to even appreciate us fans, and help us out with our problems correctly and in a better manner than just outright saying "you don't have the collectors edition copy, contact your retailer to get a new one" ... hey, I work at best buy, where I bought my copy, and you want to know something? WE DON'T GET THE CODES , WE GET THE GAME, WITH THE CODE ON THE INSIDE OF A COPY OF THAT GAME, THAT WAS MANUFACTURED AND GIVEN OUT BY YOU/EA/WHOEVER ELSE IS BEHIND YOU... TO US RETAILERS...
and 3, you effectively have wasted my time, for the past week
Thank you for creating an angry customer out of ME *see what I did there? pun* fix your customer service, AND this game... the way the fans WANT it to be... such as the horrible ending everyone just so happens to talk about, and all the other problems people are facing instead of just sitting back and collecting checks
