All i really want to do with this thread is just start a topic on peoples' thoughts on what it would be like to play werewolf in any of the dragon age games. There was a similar thread that somebody made 2 years ago on this topic and i just want to bring up the conversation again. While i know bioware pay people to come up with this sorta stuff and i don't expect bioware to even care about this i just want to see what people have to say on the topic. 

My idea of the storyline about the werewolf.
In the dragon age wiki they say that dragon age 3 will be about an all out war between mages and templars (sorry if that is a spoiler) so my idea of the companion is that a mage is getting chased by a group of templars through a forest. The mage then gets cornered and in a desperate attempt of survival he opens the veil and forces all of the demons and spirits he can from the fade into the real world. One of the spirits is a knowledge spirit, (sorry if i am making a complete fool of my self but i only know a little bit of the dragon age lore so i made that spirit up) one of the more peaceful spirits. Knowledge spirits are very curious about the creatures that don't live in the fade so they do everything they can to study them but they don't dare to pass the veil. But our knowledge spirit had an amazing opputunity to study the non-fade creatures and so he took it. He attempted to possess a wolf so he could study in peace but unfortunately when he possessed the body of the wolf it became twisted by the fade energy around the spirit turning him into a werewolf. He know calls him self the twisted soul and scours the land to find somebody to return him to the fade.

So that's it really, feel free to reply and give your opinions on the topic, maybe show your ideas of storline, talents, ect. Hope to hear from you soon.

Oh and sorry if i didn't keep this topic to DA:O because i talking a about DA3 i just couldn't find any where else to put the topic. I tried to register my games so i could put this on fan fiction but it said that my registration codes where invalid, is it because i bought it from steam or what? Any way i am sorry and i understand if this thread gets removed.

I wasn't thrilled about werewolves in Skyrim, but I'm not necessarily opposed to optional ww characters. I'd prefer something more original though.

I guess werewolves are pretty generic. So what would you want to see as a playable character?

Race selection like we had in Origins would be a good start - maybe throw in Qunari or Chasind as well. As I recall human commoner and barbarian were originally intended for DAO.

Hoping for something more exotic like demons would probably be a stretch.

I wouldn't mind being a Qunari woman. Though I think that would be impossible since they aren't allowed to fight.

Man all of a sudden this forum has instantly changed. But i might as well stick with it. A race i would like to play as would have to be maybe darkspawn. I know they have dlc on that and i have it but i would like a full on major story. Maybe on the first blight, now i reckon that would be pretty cool.

I think that's a great idea, they could have an entirely new background story explaining how either a darkspawn goes down the road of stopping the blight or there could be a change in the storyline so the main character works to further the progress of the blight.
