So, I log into Origin today... ME3 gets its new patch while I get a drink. I play a few matches of MP... then try to switch over to SP.
But no matter if I click Resume, Load or New Game, it comes up with the same 'DLC : From Ashes Has Not Been Detected' error. I continuely Exit and Reopen ME3, I restarted my computer, my net connection, but it's STILL coming up. What the hell, Origin?!

So you can connect to the servers and access the multiplayer content fine? I would suggest deleting OnlineProfile.profile
it can be found in My Documents/Bioware/Mass Effect 3/BIOGame/config/
I also suggest checking for updates for your Main game and DLC as you might be missing some files.
To do this for DLC click the little i on the bottom left of the game case in the origin library and right click on the DLC and go check for updates.
Other than that I'm not sure what else to do, these possible solutions are better than what you have at the moment.
