I completed the game on the gamertag that my BSN account is linked to and it apparently won't recognize that I own the game and have played it online. Anyone know what to do?I

Same thing with me. I have accessed owners forums and now I can't.
It directs me to register my game even though I have done so and when following the link,
it says: 'click here to REmove registration'.

Hope there will be a solution soon.

No, Zenix, you do not have the "Same Issue", at least not any more. Look at the Icons under their Avatars. Do you see any game at all showing under your own now? Nothing. Not one Icon. Something other than game registration is causing the others a problem.

I just checked the forum settings and everything looks in order. Is it a specific ME3 board you can't post in or just all of them that require game registration? Or did you recently register ME3 and it's working now?

I'm able to post in the ME3 forums now. Thank you, whoever enabled me! :)

Nope, still getting 'you do not meet requirements' message at the Mass Effect 3 Multiplay Forum for Game Owners

Saying again, I was able to a few days ago and now I still can't.

Can you try logging out of the site, clearing your web browse'rs cache and then logging back in?  I don't see anything on your account that should be causing these issues.  Are there any other ME3 game owner forums where you get this message?

Thank you for a prompt response Jeff. :)

I have done as you've instructed.. log out, clear cache, log in.
no change, still can't access any of the owners forums.

Is it possible to perhaps unregister then register back?

Turns out I hadn't registered the game yet. :P
I dunno why but I assumed since I got the DLC that was linked to this account on my game that it knew I played it and in fact own it. But you just have to go to profile->register games->mass effect 3. It doesn't require a code or anything, it just recognizes if you've played it I guess.

I'm having the same problem.

It says, "Your ownership of Mass Effect 3 was not detected. You are most likely logged in to the BioWare Social Network with a different account than the one you are using to play Mass Effect 3. Go to Your Registered Game Content page for more troubleshooting instructions."

Except I don't have a different account since I've never registered or logged on here before this. My gamer tag has the same email address as my BSN account.

I'm not seeing any profile support for ME-3 appearing below your Avatar. With all previous Social site games, registration took two steps, one to set up a game account, and one to set up forum access.  That's for PC versions I know with certainty.  Having never has the slightest interest in any sort of console syste,. those may be second class citizens in this regard, but I would never know.   For all I do know, ME-3 (PC) adds still another step. I have resisted purchasing it, and this sort of thing encourages me to persist in my resistance.

Riverstar,

It is referring to you having another account with EA/Origin. Which you might if you've registered any EA game before that wasn't a Bioware one.

The instructions tell you to contact EA support and ask them to merge your two accounts, which seems to work, but only if you are able to access a piece of software via onlien download through your console (a la via XBox LIve or the PSN).

If you do not have online access, EA says they apparently can't help you.
