I don't so much mind people moaning about there being holes left which maybe should have been plugged. What gets me is the people who say they have slipped into depression, or had vomiting fits, or feel like a close friend has died. Seriously. Get a grip.

If you finished the game and liked it , good for you. You can move on and leave the series behind.

For the rest of us...we deserve our proper endings and we are willing to take a stand for it. I took enough crap laying down....this time I will make a stand.

Moving from ME3 silly idea. You don't deserve any proper ending because that is entitlement.

And yet, BW brought the whole main voice cast back for both Dragon Age II DLC's (Legacy and Mark of the Assassin).

Care to revise your statement?

No. DLCs are planned(and probably made alongside the main content) way ahead. Voice cast has its randez-vous already.

Yeah, you don't get it. We're not complaining that the endings are bad. We're complaining about what isn't there that should be. Most of us anyway.

As far as Bioware trolling us, well.... Tali pic.

SPOILERS I guess:

Anyway I do not think BioWare will change anything.  They will not spend a dime to give us anything after they already have your money.  Unlike the DA franchise that they killed in the middle, this one was gutted at the end.  So other than a few CoD ME games who's players don't care about the story BioWare is done with ME.  They will spit out a few DLC with the scraps left on the cutting room floor and call it gravy.

However, allow me to whine please.  I'll move on eventually (like I did from the DA2 forums).  I just feel like if I let people screw me over and don't say anything then I deserve to have them screw me over again and again, and I just have to revolt a bit.

To everyone out there complaining about the ending and posting your bitter posts like the world has come to an end.

LET IT GO!

Just move on to something else.

Give up on us giving up.

Aaaaaaaaaaaaand, there's the problem. As much as you may feel betrayed, as much as BW shat all over the idea of "choice and consequence," you don't "deserve" anything.

The problem people have with people having a problem with the game is the entitlement, like that.

Those assets that we spent 27+ hours building in ME3 and which was the whole point of ME3 until the end... yeah didn't matter how many fleets or soldiers we accumulated, they did nothing at any point in the game, and then the final mission with all its potential had nothing to do with those assets, and then the ending ignored them entirely.

Is there anything I, the customer, deserve? I deserve not letting a company's proprietary software system snoop in my PC and report back to it while I'm playing a game. I deserve not to be nickel-and-dimed for content that is already partially on-disk. I deserve not having the company I buy products from continually releasing erroneous and misleading statements that turn out to be untrue. And I'm entitled to vote with my dollar and not support this, even though I bought the previous games.

Honestly, the complaining about the complaining is getting to be just as bad.

There won't be a "New Ending". EA/Bioware won't re-engage the voice-actors(they're probably busy with something else), EA mo-cap studio is probably occupied by another project. Not going to happen, period.

You're more than likely wrong, so your matter of factly tone is misplaced. Bioware has already stated on more than one occasion that we should hang on to our save games, strongly implying there is more to come in the Shepard-saga. By a significant amount if a certain Michael Gamble tweet is to be taken into concideration. Unless they go old-school text adventure to placate some of the more irrate critics/"fans", they're bound to rehire some if not all of the VAs (or they might already have done the legwork required) .

I don't think you have any idea how that system works. I already know about the ME3 DLC - this is not the same thing. ME2's Lair of the Shadow Broker, Overlord and Arrival came out more than a year after development of the main game was complete. DAII also had a significant period of time between the game and it's DLC's (that is, assuming Bioware is correct about how most DLC is produced by separate teams after the game is certified).

Who suggested that? I'm not the one making big sweeping statements about everyone, the person I was responding to was.

You don't "deserve" anything.

If you like a product, you support it.

If you don't like a product, you don't support it.

But you don't go around trying to make companies make their products like YOU want them to be.

No one's saying "SIT DOWN SHUT UP AND LIKE IT!" I'm saying, vote with your wallet instead of saying you "deserve" something from BW, when you don't.

Well, any content added that take place before the ending is rather pointless unless it have any effect on the ending. Will not be a milking cow for side missions and armor packs and similar for a game that did basicaly suicside itself for any replay value.

i think that as long as people feel a certain way, they should voice it. that is how things get done, and how products get better. even if you believe that its a writers choice to end things how he see's fit. its a consumers choice to voice how they feel about it. (and continue voiceing it.) till the said writer says what he will do, or not do about it. in this case bioware/EA will likly make some sort of announcement on the matter. that will determine what happens from here.
