Wish there had been Paragon and Renegade options.

Paragon: There are more husks out there, take out as many as you can.

Renegade: You know what you have to do.

I hope cerberus brutally beat her to death with they attacked the citadel.

And this is why I hate the jumbled mess of an ending so much. They do brilliant stuff like this, or Mordin's death, or Thane and in the end send us off with a goddamn space wizard waving a wand at the problem.

Pretty sure she survived, bro. But as explained, you could take the renegade option and give her a gun. To shoot herself with. I still find that rather tragic, though. . .

I didnt fully make the connection between jokers family and that story. wow.

On a side note, you really should listen to the whole story of that, its probably the best written overheard convo in the game, and some straight up nightmare fuel. Its like something out of a grim, tragic zombie movie. The joker connection just adds another whole new level of tragedy to it

and unless she had a claymore x with mods and warp ammo, i doubt her gun would have changed much against a banshee and multiple husks in a small room with her.

I'm going to have to go back and listen to this again in game. I agree that they managed to make the bleakness of the war feel real.

what's sad is she didn't strike me as a monster, just someone who made a very difficult decision. I guess how the majority will view her actions depends on whether there were more lives at stake than just her own.

I'm having the same feeling that I did when the guy revealed that the Catalyst's voice was the boy's, Hale's, and Meer's all in one.

Its the feeling of my jaw on the cold floor...

It was also said in the side convo that the intelligence and scouting she provided after she got out allowed many more farmers and colonists to be rescued before the end of the evacuation, and that she was recomended for a medal for lives saved.   The asaris didnt even seem to hear that though, she was too busy hating herself from not only the girl's death, but the deaths of the fully indoctrinated prisoners that attacked her in the end.  Pretty much blamed herself for everyone involved.   And she put a gun in her mouth and pulled the trigger over it.  : /

On a related note in the conversation where Joker reveals his family is from Tiptree he told my Shep that the metabolic sensors in my armor were registering stress levels of the charts. Even higher than during the massacre on Akuze.

I'm wondering what the war hero and ruthless Sheps out there got?

Didn't Joker mention that his sister got out of Tiptree? And that he was sad that he was glad to have only lost his dad?

No Liara told him that mostly children had gotten out.  Joker said he had hope that he only lost his dad.

"higher than the skillian blitz at elysium, even higher than when you led that charge on Torfan, when everybody died"

Ah, it's been a few days since I heard the dialog. But why would Joker's family be living on a farm? That just seems a little off to me, considering his backstory.

Seems "highly" far fetched.
