 Hi all, just went to sign in to play Mass Effect 3 and a message popped up saying you last played this game on another console (which is wrong, I have only ever played it on the one Xbox console I own). Anyway long story short I now have no achievements for ME3, but my save file is still intact. 

The exact same thing happened to my brother, very strange. Anyone else had this? If so do you know of a fix?

Don't worry I think it's happened to everyone, must be something wrong at microsofts end

Yeah just lost all my achievements and game history not just ME3, still have the gamerscore just no record of what gained them.

hopefully it is microsofts end and can be remedied.

Same here. I have 2 XBL buddies reporting the same thing. What the hell is going on?

Same here, created a topic myself a few minutes ago.

Must be Microsoft's end. Hopefully they fix it quickly though, this is rather irritating.

it happen to me and it wiped out all of my gamerscore. i've talked to xbl supprt and they say there is nothing they can do.

My Gamerscore is intact but my Achievements are all gone. Honestly, that's little stuff, but I'm worried that the Xbox Live account system has somehow become corrupted.

2 other threads on this, Guys, got a fix, sign out of Xbox live, select download profile, enter your windows live email and password, it downloads and now it's back to the way it was

I Obtained the 'Liberator' Achievement.

It Liberated me of my Entire Gamerscore save for 15 points from the Achievement from the original 14K+ points I had originally, And my entire Game history save for ME3,

There are no words adequate enough for me to convey my opinions on this matter.
