This happened to me and I'm worried I might not be able to get the achievement I earned this morning. I got "Fact Finder" this morning, it shows up in my Bioware profile, but not in my XBL profile. I'm afraid if I go to unlock it again tonight, I'll fail because it's already unlocked in my Bioware profile.

 Just had it right now (17h30 EST on March 15).  I googled, found this forum, restarted my system without selecting continue or cancel.  It works... for now.
