 I just started up my Xbox this morning, loaded up and installed the VEVO app, then went on the YouTube app which had a couple minute update download. Watched a few videos then I loaded up ME3. Before the start screen I had an Xbox prompt which said the last time I played ME3 was on a different console and that now I would resume play on this different console. I had never played ME3 on my Gamertag on a different console.

So the Start screen appeared, started playing some MP to raise my Galactic Readiness, and then as I'm killing Reapers a few achievements popped which I swear I already had. Opened up the Xbox Guide and all my earned achievements in ME3 up until yesterday were gone, and the achievements I earned just now were the only ones to appear (The power combos achievement, 500/1000 kills cheevos, etc.)

What in the hell happened? I am pretty upset that my achievements are all gone, and not an idea of what to do that might fix it or if my SP progress is affected. I am currently in the middle of a game. Any ideas, community and BioWare devs?

Edit: My achievements I earned still show correctly here on the BSN. Now my additional question is: Are there any other Xbox 360 users who have loaded up ME3 today to the same problem I am experiencing? Thanks!

It's happened to me as well, and a lot of others on these forums, and some people are claiming it to be a Microsoft problem, which is what I'm hoping. Just going to leave my console off until SOMEONE has a fix for this.

Now is it me, or has ME3 just been one of the most infuriating and troublesome games you've ever played? This is just a mess and I'm sincerely upset that we all have to go through this to play a game many of us have been waiting years for. Completely unacceptable.

you can atleast play there are a lot of people that are locked out from even getting to a start screen due to a game breaking bug that bioware WILL NOT make a statement on

The problem is likely a Microsoft one since BioWare or EA have no control over achievement stuff. Hopefully they fix it fast, stuff like this shouldnt happen to begin with.

And let's refrain from ME3 being infuriating or story spoilers or what have you. This issue just *has* to happen when I'm on endgame currently lol. Keep this on topic please

I don't think this is a Mass Effect specific issue. I've lost all my achievements for everything... not that I ever cared about those. What's more important right now is that my Xbox 360 seems to think I'm some sort of foreign invader.

I recovered my profile and my achievements are back! What freaked me out the most is that ALL my games and cheevos (and score) was missing from my profile.

Not touching that app again until it's fixed.

Yup, mine just got reset, too, after saying that I "played on another console", which I didn't.

I've had so many glitches with this game its just infuriating.

yeah me too... i'm kinda glad i know the source but still more pissed off than before...

I hope that since I leveled up after this happened to me, which caused me to get the "Almost There" achievement again, didn't screw up the ability for me to get my old achievements back

For those blaming ME, it's not the game's fault. It's a problem on Microsoft's end.

i was playing Kingdoms of Amalur and all 105k of mine are safe!

I wonder if resetting your console fixes the issue? I think I will try this and let you guys know.

Guys, got a fix, sign out of Xbox live, select download profile, enter your windows live email and password, it downloads and now it's back to the way it was

Was on Xbox.com while the GS is gone if you click on your GS at the top it will take you to a page and show you that your Achievements are still there

This is evidently an issue with XBox Live, and not with Mass Effect 3. Gamers without Mass Effect 3 are reporting the same problem.

I don't know about that, this happened to me when I played the M3 demo, it said I played on another console, I thought my account was hacked

In xbox they are all gone but it shows I have 875 GS. So I checked my Windows Phone and they are all there :/

XBOX Support said the problem is resolved and all you need to do now is sign out then back in or reset your console.

Booooo all my ME3 achievements got reset but everything else is back =(
