Happen to me yesterday, I download my profile from xbox live and now everything works fine.

For precaution now I exit the game with main menu option and then I shut down xbox.
There'is something incosistency with the new dashboard and ME3

Before the start screen I had an Xbox prompt which said the last time I played ME3 was on a different console and that now I would resume play on this different console. This was a problem at Microsoft that occurred yesterday. We've been told this has been fixed. Customers had to shut off their Xboxes and restart them to get their achievements back. Hopefully you're all fixed now.

Yep, it was an issue on Microsoft's end and was quickly fixed. My gamerscore and ME3 achievements are all back in order now. Thanks Chris!
