Hello, everyone.
I'm having a great deal of trouble and I'd be extremely grateful if anybody could help me.

I was trying to buy the ME3 DLC From Ashes for PC, and here on this website I read that I could only do that through Origin:

"How to Purchase and Install Mass Effect 3 PC Downloadable Content

• Launch the Mass Effect 3 game on your PC.
  If you don’t have Origin or Mass Effect 3 on this PC, you can download and install Origin. Log in to Origin with the account that you used to purchase Mass Effect 3, and install Mass Effect 3.
• From the Main Menu, choose “Downloadable Content” and follow the prompts to purchase the DLC in the Origin In Game overlay."

So I logged into Origin and did everything I was supposed to do.
However, having 0 Bioware Points, I was prompted to buy some over there on Origin. I proceeded and it led to my PayPal page. I logged in and everything was looking ok.

BUT THEN THE STUPIDEST THING HAPPENED...

The impromptu browser that is internal to Origin didn't have a scrolling sidebar. So I was literally unable to scroll down to the confirmation button. I tried the mouse wheel, I tried selecting text and then pressing the downwards arrow, I tried Tab. I tried waiting, thinking it could still be loading the whole page.
Nothing.

I was blocked by a silly problem. You can imagine how irritating that was for me.
Then I thought I could maybe buy the Bioware points from here.*
So I went through it again, and I got a message saying that a request was already in progress.
I waited a few hours and tried again, this time I just got a message saying that there was an error and to try again later.
24 hours and several tries later, it still isn't working.

* Btw, so much trouble would be avoided if we had a notification to buy points from here and then buy the DLC on Origin instead of the above copypasted text. Or, you know, if we could just buy the DLC from here like we always did: Origin is an unnecessary complication, anyway.

You can buy Bioware Points from the Origin online store (http://store.origin.com) by typing Bioware Points into the search which produces 800 and 1600 options, or to go directly to what you want, copy this html http://store.origin....bioware points. You can buy them here as well, though I see you already know that.

Thank you, but as I said in the original post, both methods are failing for reasons I can't control.

I had the same problem, but discovered that I could scroll by select-draging the text. Origin's browser sucks...

Weird. Dragging didn't work for me, though.

And now wherever I go, Origin or this website, it gives me the same message:
"An error has occurred. Please try again later."
It's been 2 days.

Please, somebody help with this. I want to start playing the game I bought............

The points forum under Bioware general is where you need to post, this is for the store that sells physical items like apparel and lithographs. Its has nothing too do with points/dlc.
