Dunno if anyone else experiences it, but once the credit roll finishes, there's the little cutscene and a message box saying Shepard defeated the reapers, etc. but when I click OK, the screen remains black and nothing happens, even after like 5 minutes.
I play in windowed mode so I can click the top-right button to shut down the game, but I'd prefer to have it return to the main menu.

Yeah, same thing with mine. I haven't checked yet for sure.. but I think I won't get credit for beating the game or be able to start another game with the same character because of it.

I tried an import of the ME3 toon after that and it seems to work, got the power levels still defined and the same level I had when beating the first playthrough, can't change the toon's class, so it looks pretty much like any ME1/ME2 second playthrough with the same toon. Seems it saved the toon, but after that it remained stuck on a black screen without returning to the main menu.
