good idea! give us something ^.^.. i was happy this weekend (boosted xp) to get all my promoted guys back up to 20, but i didn't promote again, i didn't see a point.. my n7 ranking is high enough that people won't instantly kick me if i am not on a level 20 on silver/gold.. (on gold i won't go below 18.. i did once on a level 12 quarian, but that was vs geth.. we won =P)

Ya. I'm just like 3 levels from having all my guys back to 20. Will be N7 360. And I am not sure I will promote again, well maybe my Soldier to play bronze, since he's worthless silver/gold.

I just read that next weeks event will be about promoting characters, so I'm not promoting for sure right now!

A) Balance is so important in a co-op Horde mode game.
There is already so much balance when one guy has to play a human Infiltrator with a Mantis II, while the other guy has a Salarian infiltrator with a Black Widow VI? See how effective the two of them are, and come talk about balance again.
