Didn't TIM allude to Dr.Chakwas being a Cerberus spy / sympathiser?.
I'm talking about the video log in the recovered human reaper facility where TIM says; get Dr.Chakwas in because Shepard's recovery necessitated familiar faces being around.

No, as (I had Liara on the squad) it was explained to Shep in-game, TIM populated the Normandy with familiar faces so Shep wouldn't become too suspicious of Cerberus. Create a "secure" environment for the Commander so there'd be no unnecessary snooping of Cerberus doings, and to keep Shep's mind focused on the job, rather than worrying about when Cerberus will plant that dagger.

Yeah that was the other thing that had me thinking of Dr.Chakwas with suspicion, the way that is presented with TIM knowing her tipple of choice by ordering that medical doctor who did a proceedure on him to also send a bottle of that vintage, it made me think that they had been familiar enough to sit down and drink together, that set off alarm bells with me, but perhaps I misunderstood.
