I think I made a boo-boo

I downloaded, played, completed and bought KOA: Reckoning for the PS3.
However, to continue my shepard career on mass effect, I decided to buy Mass Effect for the Xbox360

Mass Effect 3 does not seem to recognise that I am entitled to the reckoning armor/weapon.
I take it this is because it is not cross-platform?

However, I did the same thing with ME2 - played it on the Xbox360 but then had Dragon Age on the PS3, and was able to use the promotional armour etc without any problem.

Could someone from Bioware confirm that the reckoning armour is not cross platform, or if there is something else I need to do?

I think the info is saved locally in the KOA demo file. After I got ME3 and loaded it i had the 360 KOA items load up on a new character. When I deleted the demo my new character since then haven't gotten the items.
