 I've played MP for awhile, and I got several character and weapon unlocked.

I accidentally clicked the store option when the game was about to start.

After finished the game I got my galaxy readiness to 100%, and some message poped out saying some special N7 force got me recruited, then I found out I could buy the starter pack from store again.

After buying that second starter pack, I got "Phaeston I" again, which I belived I already got when the first starter pack purchase, so I went checking my weapons, and found all my contents got reset to original.

I finished the last game with Turian Setinel, and now I can't even choose him, because the system don't think I've unlocked him,but the character level is remain untouched, just all the thing I already got from store got wiped.

Please get me some help!

It's a common bug.
It's known about. They're looking into it.
