The problem is that the endings were beyond bad. There were so many huge and obvious mistakes and holes that the chances of it being deliberate are actually higher than BioWare delivering such a sloppy nonsense.

Yeah, they weren't regular bad like the Dragon Age II ending.

Seriously, DA2 I could deal with. It was stupid, but it was an ending and wrapped things up.

It's just one of those thing that you either see it or you don't. I'm suprised more people don't see that it was clearly an indoctrination attempt (Ashley foreshadows it heavily on Mars)

Even the Codex entry for indoctrination mentions "ghostly images" and "whispers" nad "suggestions". I just hope they announce it on Thursday when the game is finally available everywhere.

It's clear that their top priority was providing an ending that was unexpected and artsy instead of the conventional win/lose/somewhere-in-between ending of ME2. Most of us expected something similar to ME2 and their mission was to surprise us and catch us off guard.

Here's my latest theory about the endings: MASSIVE DRUG USE AT BIOWARE. Vancouver is the pot capital of North America.

I can see the writers sitting in a foggy room right now "Dude that ghost kid idea is so transcendental, it's like blowing my mind - let's call the programmers right after we order some pizza."
