 Not only is the evidence present, this is the last game in the series.  Bioware is probably going to want to stretch it out a bit.  


Bioware probably hasn't announced anything thus far concerning the endings because we have to wait for our European counterparts to play and beat the game so they feel as furious and helpless as we do.  ME3 released in the EU several days after the North American release (probably because Origin cannot handle the server load).
