Actually, anyone "smart" realizes that non hacked enemies get 8 seconds of free
damage on player characters. This is a nerf to cc. So yes. On gold, you now
of 8 seconds of time to "damage" your hacked enemy, while other nearby
enemies continue to attack you.
What's our next class to cry about and see if we can get bioware to
respond with a nerf? I vote Salarians infiltrators or Vanguards.
They're both way too overpowered and fun to play. Lets nerf them.

Is there something in the code that auto targets them to the Geth Primes or is it closest enemy in the proximity?
I'd rather that Hacked pyro not spend 5 of the seconds on a geth trooper...as anyone who is smart should realize.
Rather it should be 8 seconds of free damage from hacked primes, which may end up being useful..TBD

Mattock lacks ROF? Mattock is a semi-automatic firearm with a staggering ROF of 450. I can't even click my mouse that fast (7.5 times per second), yet it still outdamages other assault rifles. How is ROF boost going to help? Will it speed up my trigger finger?

With the new changes u are going to see more QI on gold runs.. because normally are 1-2 QI but now u are going to see at last 3QI for supply that bestial nerf... so u are screwed now;)

At this rate, let's nerf every class for what they are good at. Vindicator was my fav gun too, with the stability mod and turian sentinel.

If anything, Sabotage needs to be made into something that actually has a use against non-Geth enemies. If it's going to be so situational, on the other hand, it should be a little OP, because it has to make up for being completely and utterly useless otherwise.
I also do not understand the nerf to the Vindicator. Yeah, it was pretty weight-efficient, but so what? It's nice to have options. If the only option for power-heavy characters is to stick with an SMG or heavy pistol at all times, well, that gets kind of boring, doesn't it?
But at least those SMGs MIGHT actually be useful now. Sort of. I still can't see myself using one over a heavy pistol. ESPECIALLY with how outrageously high their recoil tends to be.

Buffing SMGs is a good idea, but it's still not enough. The Hornet still has too much kick, the Locust still can't kill even a Husk with a full clip in the head above Bronze, the Tempest is OK-ish if you're at Heavy Melee range. Shuriken is the only somewhat possibly viable one, i you really like SMgs.
Mattock buff is lovely. Now if only I could unlock the damn thing.
Vindicator nerf? Since when was thing weapon singled out as needing a nerf more than any other?

Vindicator stabilized with a scope is easy of laying down a ton of headshots with very little weight.
A lot of my characters (engineers, infiltrators, etc) run with a vindicator and are still at 200% recharge and can still use it to snipe across the map effectively and quickly.
I am not seeing a real difference post nerf, except that occasionally i think a guy "should be dead" and has 1 box of life left.

Haven't tried the Shuriken or Locust yet. The Shuriken is likely still awful because of it's recoil. The Locust is likely still awful because of it's PITIFUL damage. Seriously, that thing must shoot compressed air or something. It was hilariously underpowered, and probably still is.
