Ok when I go into the menu system and go into the sub-menu that has all my missions listed either I'm automatically directed to the codex menu or the secondary codex menu automatically even if there is nothing new there. Or if I am in tne mission submenu it starts me almost at the bottom of the menu itself where all my completed missions are. I have to press the Y button to re-arrange my missions to get back to the top.
This is a bug. I shouldn't have to continuously re-arrange my mission list to see what is active and what isn't active. I also shouldn't be thrown into the primary or secondary codex screens even if there is nothing new there.

I have the same issue. Never thought to rearrange the missions though. I've just been scrolling up through the list every time.

Yeah using the Y button allows you to get to the top of the missions. It rearranges by name, oldest, and newest
