 I played my first multipplayer ((outside of the Beta)) last night. We suceessfully made it through all waves save the last two. On the second to last wave, I jumped down the ladder to the left of the second story railing near the spawn point and got swarmed by Geth.

I turned around and tried to clamor up the ladder but was eleminated by geth.

I pressed the A button as the game suggested....

I bled out and died, my characters face still stuck to the ladder.

I respawned for the final wave ((wait for extraction))

My character could not exctricate himeself from the ladder, He could turn the view and targeting reticle and fire on approaching geth registering hits, but the character would not release fromt he ladded, nor ascend.

I atempted switching weapons, and melee in order to remove myself, to no avail. I was killed again on the ladder, and the animation seemed acurate.

It allowed me to spectate my team mates once eliminated.

I recieved match and round bonuses as per normal. I was running a level 1 human soldier with custom colors.
