The Vanguard stuff is certainly annoying and has happened to me. I think that's a result of the game rendering you slightly off of the map and then pushing you further out. The misses seem to be the result of lag, though I am not sure why it shows their health being affected if they're not taking damage.

how about shockwave working for a few waves then it just stops doing anything but making noise. no damage, no biotic combo's, and no knocking enemies around. completely breaks my adept on silver/gold plays.

I've seen an drell vanguard with this bug.
Well, comparing to other multiplayer bugs, it's minor bug.

Well imo, its a game breaking bug and should be adressed as soon as possible together with the other bugs since mp is just unreliable.

Not sure how it's a minor bug. It makes it impossible for you to continue playing. If you have played 8 rounds, and this bug happens, you can drag down your whole team. It ruins the game. It doesn't happen all the time, but I've seen it a couple of times a day. It's pretty major when it does happen.

Can't speak of the first bug since I haven't played Vanguard but I did notice the second bug today too. It was fixed sometime during the game though that was like 8 waves later...
On top of nothing damaging, the enemy ignored me, I couldn't use ladders or replenish ammo...Quite annoying that.
