i want a petition started that has his useless ass taken out of the game, why would they add, a character in the conclusion of the franchise that is boring, storyless, and overall adds absolutly nothing to the games.

This is what some thought about Kaidan in ME and i think James adds depth to the story like he said he was there to help with the collectors but shepard was already out there taken care of it. It helps bring new people up to speed sort of if they haven't played the first two games and just decide to go straight too three.

He almost reminds me of Shepard in away, asked to be part of N7 ect. but why must he flirt with my shepard and make her feel all good about her self to not have any real intention's of doing any thing

N7 Convo:
Shepard: The Bed's alot harder then it looks...
James: You flirting with me lola?
Shepard: *stare*
James: Alright i'm going, i;m going...

James: We should get matching
Shepard: You want me to get a N7 Tattoo?

So much flirting so much patential to just get shepard calling him out on his flirting and he just be like i was just...ah...umm... even though it was adorable but still >_> why could he come up to shepard later and talk about it? it wouldn't have been that hard.

Or maybe they just thought about how people hated the fact that their shep auto flirted with Jacob and figured well she does the same thing here so lets not make him a love interest if thats the case then some one needs shot

I will have to agree that until James came along, Kaidan was really the only femShep LI worth pursuing, with the exception of Thane, who was VERY well written...but he's a lizard. All this talk about how shallow James Vega is as a character is their opinion, but the fact that I'm not skipping dialogue when I talk to him on my second playthrough and still smile at his endearing jokes means Bioware did a good job helping me feel connected with the character. I liked him the second he saved the day by crashing his shuttle into Cerberus...and came out dusting off like it was no big deal. It's about time we got a tough guy who isn't Krogan.

Overall I really like James as a character, and because he's new to the game I would love for there to be a LI DLC for him, and include some more background of his character with it. I don't want to have to read comics to figure out his entire backstory. He should want to open up a little more to Shepard towards end-game, especially if he's a LI.

Bioware seems to have purposely left out some things in the final game. Every character in the entire series that flirts with Shepard, eventually becomes an LI, so I don't know why James is the biggest flirt in the trilogy, and they made him hot, and my femShep doesn't get to bang him before suffering through that incredibly lame ending. They're trying to make money off of DLC that should have been in the game in the first place...but whatever.

Bioware, we want more of this great character. I had three games to get to know the rest of my crew, and I want the good, bad, and sexy of our new squad member.

Seriously, though, it boggles me that anyone would object to X DLC since they are not forced to use it, right? So here's to Vega, the big tease!

 I really wish he was an option. I kept waiting for it to happen..and nothing, so I got stuck with leftovers. Romancing was boring in ME3. No interest in a fem/fem, over Kaiden, went with Garrus because he was the only better option than Kaiden I found. And then James Vega comes along and is straight up, to an extent. 

I liked his character, he was good in combat, flirtatious and funny. I like having him around. And it felt really unfinished to not have anything happen between the fem shep and james. 

Here's to hoping, petition signed.
