I'd suggest Steam for the game. Currently they have the first two Mass Effects for download at US$20 each. The DLC is another matter. Far as I know you have to get it from BioWare's site but it takes a bit of hunting down. Would be a hell of a lot easier if you could get it from Steam as well (hint, hint, BioWare - like I was able to get all the Deus Ex:Human Revolution DLC from there at the same time as downloading the game) but that's not an option. Pinnacle Station didn't sound like it'd flick my switch so I didn't bother, especially as it was paid DLC if I remember, but Bring Down the Sky was free and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
