so i played mass effect 2 many times before but i read in ME wiki that kelly will be absent in ME3 if i didnt get private dinner with her so can i in ME2 romance miranda and break with her after beat the game (i  repeat after beat the game) and then get private dinner with kelly ? or i will be late ?

You need to converse with Kelly fairly frequently during the main mission, flirt with her etc. and then the dinner thing becomes an option.
